Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy, overseeing organic and paid acquisition, CRM, product, and brand marketing;


• Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.)


• Set short-term and long-term marketing objectives for the company, with a focus on the gaming products market;


• Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities targeted at the gaming audience;


• Manage the marketing budget to ensure profitability and minimize losses, with special attention to the ROI of gaming campaigns;


• Coordinate marketing efforts with the company’s financial and branding goals;

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;


• Experience leading marketing team members in a dynamic environment;


• Deep knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and service management;


• Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrencies will be a plus;


• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills;


• Proficient in research and data analysis;


• Working experience with SEO and CRM tools;


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
