Intellias is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to support various business functions by providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and contributing to contract review and negotiation processes. What project we have for you
The Intellias Legal Department plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s business operations by providing comprehensive legal advice and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. The department is responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, managing legal risks, handling intellectual property matters, ensuring corporate governance, and addressing labor law issues. Additionally, it oversees regulatory compliance, supports mergers and acquisitions, and offers strategic counsel on new market expansions. The team collaborates closely with all business units to safeguard the company’s legal interests.
What you will do
- Assistance in legal support of company’s business activity.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements relating to company’s business activity (both in Ukrainian and English).
- Legal support during KYC.
- Advising on mobilization matters.
- Performing research on specific legal issues, preparing analysis and studies.
- Monitoring and analyzing changes in the legislation.
- Other tasks as requested.
What you need for this
- Master’s degree in Law in one of reputable universities of Ukraine.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as in-house lawyer or lawyer in consulting company.
- Interest in IT sphere.
- English – at least Upper-Intermediate, both verbal and written.
- Good analytical skills and multitasking.
- Careful attention to details, scrupulosity.
- Communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach and positive attitude.
Will be a plus:
- German – Upper-Intermediate, both verbal and written.
- LLM from a recognized university, either in Europe or the USA.
- Knowledge of Jira nad ticket systems.
