Khulisa is seeking two Ukrainian enumerators for the Evaluation of the Global Engagement Center’s Ukraine Supplemental Programming funded by the Global Engagement Center in the U.S. Department of State (DOS).
The purpose of this evaluation is to determine the extent to which support to Ukraine has been effective in strengthening information resiliency and countering Russian disinformation in the context of Russia’s war in Ukraine. This evaluation shall cover up to 11 programs, implemented from September 30, 2023 through December 31, 2026.
About the Role - Mid-level enumerator: 70 days at $75 each; Jr. level enumerator: 50 days at $55 each. Duration: 3 years.
Travel involved: In Ukraine unless impossible. In that case we will use Zoom, Teams, or Whats App. Based where: Ukraine.
Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews (in-person or online).
• Follow procedures and protocols in collecting and recording data.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of data.
• Conduct follow-up interviews as necessary to obtain missing or incomplete data.
• Utilize electronic devices to record data.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience collecting data for evaluations or other studies.
• Experience working for international donors, and especially DOS or USAID, is preferred.
• Fluent in Ukrainian.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Experience conducting interviews and recording data.
• Experience ensuring confidentiality and security of data.
• Be able to stick to protocols and answer follow-up questions patiently.
• College degree.
