Lead Hybris Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Hybris Software Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions to meet our business needs.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of Hybris applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals
- Design and implement Web Services (REST, SOAP) to meet business requirements
- Manage JMS implementations for reliable messaging and data integration
- Ensure the proper integration and use of Git for version control
- Oversee continuous integration and deployment practices to streamline development processes
- Guide the team in applying Agile best practices such as SCRUM, XP, TDD, ATDD, and Pair Programming
- Cultivate an environment focused on continuous process improvement and clean code practices
- Implement HTML/CSS/JS to enhance front-end functionalities
- Facilitate direct interactions between the team and customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Java development professional experience
- 1+ year of Hybris development experience
- Proficiency in Spring framework
- Solid understanding of application design
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Background in e-commerce
- Skills in Web Services (REST, SOAP)
- Competency in JMS
- Proficiency in Git
- Qualifications in ant, HTML/CSS/JS
- Flexibility to use continuous integration and deployment

- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework
- Understanding of Continuous Process Improvement
