Lead ServiceNow Engineer

The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing Service Now capabilities to optimize our workflow processes and ensure efficient service delivery.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take charge of the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Service Now platform
- Design and develop the frontend interfaces ensuring superior user experience
- Craft and manage effective scripts to automate tasks within the Service Now environment
- Oversee the integrity and expansion of the Service Now CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver suitable solutions
- Lead the investigation and resolution of issues in the operation of Service Now
- Train and mentor junior engineers and other team members on Service Now best practices
- Set standards for proper documentation of systems configurations and procedures
- Stay updated on the latest Service Now features and updates, ensuring their timely integration
- Drive continual service improvement initiatives using Service Now
REQUIREMENTS
- Background in Service Now development with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Service Now Scriptwriting, Service Now Frontend Design and Development
- Expertise in configuring and managing Service Now CMDB
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to analyze complex problems and deliver effective solutions
- Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders to define clear technical requirements
NICE TO HAVE
- Certifications in Service Now administration or development
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks
- Background in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
