Philip Morris in Ukraine is looking for Head of Digital marketing. It is a senior position in charge of all brand communication in the widest understanding. Your team and you are responsible for development and execution of the communication strategy, including creation of content, direct management of digital communication channels and e-com as a sales channel.
Your key KPIs on this level are overall commercial KPIs (Sales volume, market share) and brand & digital KPIs (Brand Awareness, Brand Strength, Brand NPS, E-com sales).
You will lead an in-house team on 10-15 people with competences in different domains of digital marketing, content creation, brand communication including graphic design, motion design, video production, copywriting, SMM, media buying & planning, SEO, e-commerce, CRM, data science & digital analytics, and other. You will communicate with and consider the needs of multiple stakeholders (external and internal) – other functions, legal, global team, partners.
You will have a full freedom to build a perfect set-up of your own (using internal resources, hiring new talents, onboarding agencies or one-time collaborators) to achieve business goals in the most efficient, responsible and consumer centric way.
Responsibilities

Development and execution of digital communication strategy in alignment with local and global targets.
Timely support of each product or commercial initiative with integration to e-com and full-scale support across all channels.
Achieving company commercial KPIs buy building a strong brand, delivering right content to right audiences through right channels, maintain reach to drive growth with reasonable investments.
Content creation and production for digital channels (from Viber sendouts, from paid media banners to longread articles, from insta reels to loyalty merch).
Leading online sales stream through owned e-com and 3rd party marketplaces.
Perfectly knowing legislation and internal policies, you are finding unconventional, though compliant solutions (for content, tools, and channels) in the restricted communication environment.

Pre-requisites:

8+ years of relevant background in digital marketing and communication, including previous position of Marketing Head, Digital Marketing Head, Head of Product, E-com Head, or similar.
Have a unique profile with equally advanced left and right brain thinking. To be able to balance between brand building & content creation on one side and e-com & data analytics on another.
Proven background in communication and content creation with background and practical skills in copywriting, design, or art direction is an absolute.
Strong expertise in digital advertising, media planning, collaboration with media.
Advanced knowledge of digital analytics tools for web-analytics & SEO (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, Glassbox, Serpstat, etc), media & social monitoring tool (You Scan, Sprinkl, Looqme, etc), paid media planning and measurements tools (Gemius, CM, etc), and others.
Experience in managing e-commerce or a digital product (which itself was the main product of your company).
Fluent English, Ukrainian.
