At Mac Paw, we strive for perfection and continuous development. We are enhancing our Market and Customer Research Service by acquiring new expertise. This service provides teams with meaningful and relevant insights to support the development of Mac Paw products and services.
We are looking for a Market & Strategic Insights Analyst who will conduct comprehensive market data analysis, evaluate competitive landscapes, and identify industry trends to support the company’s strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Perform secondary market data analysis: Gather and analyze internal and external data to provide insights on market sizing, dynamics, and trends using sources such as industry reports and financial statements.
  
• Conduct trend and competitor analysis: Monitor emerging industry trends, including technology and regulation, and assess their potential impact on the business. Analyze competitors’ products to identify threats and opportunities.
  
• Synthesize and interpret data: Transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making, and present clear, data-driven reports to senior leadership.
  
• Provide ad hoc analysis: Conduct analyses as needed to address specific business questions or opportunities.
  

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 2+ years of experience in market analysis, business intelligence, strategic planning, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, SQL, SPSS, SAS).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and market research techniques.

As a plus:

• Experience in the software development market, preferably mac OS
• AI trends awareness.
