Vision Fund Ukraine is part of the global network of Vision Fund International, which provides credit, savings and insurance services to entrepreneurs and small businesses. After a full-scale invasion in 2022, Vision Fund decided to create a non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to support the economic recovery of small businesses and small farmers. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and professional team.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, manage the company’s brand identity, conduct market research, and build strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
• Create and distribute content, manage the website and social media channels, monitor media coverage, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the organization’s social performance is effectively communicated.
• Support the company’s positive image through organizing events, press conferences, and interviews.
• Create marketing materials for various audiences and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
• Support of the company’s positive image in the media and among partners.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance, providing data-backed recommendations to senior management for improving future campaigns.
• Highlight the social impact of Vision Fund Ukraine.
• Act as an advisor during reputational risks, handle client complaints, and continuously improve client feedback processes to ensure a positive relationship with Vision Fund’s clients.
• Interaction with internal divisions of the company to ensure a unified communication policy.

Requirements:

• University degree / equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of communications or marketing
• Ability to think strategically to identify key trends in the communications industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced and demanding environment
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Motivated by and committed to the Vision, Mission and Core Values of our organization
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Ukrainian
