Minimum qualifications

• Master’s degree, preferably in public administration, business administration, or other relevant areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accounting; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience (preferably with a multinational company).
• Prior experience procuring large-scale equipment is required, energy equipment is preferred.
• Prior experience with USAID or other donor-funded projects is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of FAR and AIDAR is preferred.
• Experience with collection and analysis of accounting data.
• Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills – both oral and written.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian required.
• Skilled at using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Physical demands & work environment

• Travel within Ukraine and abroad may be required.
• Requires presence in SPARC’s office in Kyiv and can involve hybrid work in accordance with Tetra Tech policies and at the discretion of SPARC’s Chief of Party.
