Saldo Apps is looking for a Product Manager to join our team and work on our mobile apps for the Finance category.
You can work fully remotely from any location or at the office in the center of Kyiv/Odesa.
Saldo Apps is a fintech ecosystem for self-employed, micro-businesses, and financially savvy individuals. We are striving to revolutionize finance management and currently have 4 mobile apps on both platforms and an all-in-one web solution.
We have already exceeded 1.5 million installations and achieved $1 million in annual revenue, primarily through App Store Optimization.

Skills required for the position:

• 1 year of experience in building web or mobile products, either as a PM or in collaboration with one.
• Comfortable facing complex challenges and consistently focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Good eye for UI/UX design, and understanding of design principles.
• Understanding of AI (power user of chatgpt), machine learning, and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of PM tools (we use Figma, Jira, Google Sheets, Metabase), agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of marketing, with the ability to conceptualize and position a product or feature effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• High level of ownership, demonstrated by independence and willingness to take responsibility.
• Experience in managing personal finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, investments, and financial planning, is a valuable asset.

Job responsibilities include:

• Owning the product lifecycle, from market research and data analysis to defining wireframes, KPIs, and managing design and development.
• Responsible for creating a product brief and detailed business & product requirements.
• Overseeing the development process in collaboration with tech & design partners.
• Defining and monitoring key metrics crucial for measuring the success of the product or feature.
• Conducting research, plan, prepare, and execute A/B tests to optimize the conversion funnel.
• Participating in shaping the strategy throughout the product’s development and growth phases.
• Identifying growth opportunities based on data analysis and user insights.

The NGO “Moye Misto” — which is part of the Netpeak Group — together with volunteers, is currently engaged in maintaining animal shelters, as well as purchasing necessary items for some units of the Armed Forces.
