We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our international recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, a keen eye for talent, and a deep understanding of our company culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Source for potential candidates using different tools and techniques.
• Create reports and meaningful insight on the recruitment activities.
• Conduct screening calls with the candidates.
• Manage candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle.
• Prepare different market researches using a variety of tools.
• Represent Transcenda at local events for the purpose of creating brand awareness.
• Work closely with the executive team to deliver best results.
• Manage internal systems to ensure best insight on the recruitment process.
• Ensure an equal and unified process for all candidates.‍

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for finding great talent.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in tech recruitment.‍

Nice to have:

• Experience in hiring high volume for software engineering in rapidly growing tech scale up.‍
