Let’s build something great together.To support our dynamic growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment team and help streamline our hiring processes. This role is focused on coordination and partnering with our internal recruiters, agencies, candidates, and business stakeholders to facilitate and coordinate recruiting processes end to end.
Key responsibilities
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and a positive candidate experience.
- ATS Compliance: Maintain and ensure compliance with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including data accuracy and reporting.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement within the recruiting process and help develop and implement efficient workflows and automations.
- Alignment with Hiring Teams: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, interview schedules, and recruitment timelines.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates from initial contact to final onboarding.
- Automation and Tools: Help build and implement automations within the ATS and other recruitment tools to streamline operations and minimize manual work.
- Reporting & Metrics: Assist in tracking key recruitment metrics, ensuring accurate data for reporting on hiring performance and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between recruiting, HR, and hiring teams to keep all parties informed and aligned on hiring progress.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process as needed to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination or talent operations role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Process-oriented mindset with experience in process improvement and automation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, and recruitment software.
