We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

We’re looking for you if you have:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in the Ukrainian and international markets;
- Deep knowledge and demonstrated success in recruiting various roles within Europe, Latin America, and other markets.
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (competency-based interviews and others);
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
- Professional network and experience with job boards, social media, telegram channels and alternative recruitment platforms;
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (С1 level);
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles, including demand planning, requisition creation, candidate sourcing, engagement, recruiting, interviewing, offers, and approval;
- Search, select, and perform all communications with candidates for remote opportunities.
- Making job profiles of varying complexity
- Provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders;
- Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes;
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
- Hire professionals who meet job requirements as well as Company culture;
- Continuously enhance recruiting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
- Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy, including tracking metrics, pipeline activity, and producing recruiting reports and metrics to monitor recruitment performance.
- Development of partnership relations with hiring managers: discussion of the applications for candidate search; consultations and expert assessment regarding an open vacancy
- Proactively search for potential candidates, even in the absence of open vacancies, to expand our talent pool across markets as Europe, Latin America and others markets.
