We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Flexible working hours, with attendance at team meetings as required.
We’re looking for you if you have:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in the Ukrainian and international markets;
• Deep knowledge and demonstrated success in recruiting various roles within Europe, Latin America, and other markets.
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (competency-based interviews and others);
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
• Professional network and experience with job boards, social media, telegram channels and alternative recruitment platforms;
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (С1 level);

As a qualified expert, you will:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles, including demand planning, requisition creation, candidate sourcing, engagement, recruiting, interviewing, offers, and approval;
• Search, select, and perform all communications with candidates for remote opportunities.
• Making job profiles of varying complexity
• Provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders;
• Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes;
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
• Hire professionals who meet job requirements as well as Company culture;
• Continuously enhance recruiting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy, including tracking metrics, pipeline activity, and producing recruiting reports and metrics to monitor recruitment performance.
• Development of partnership relations with hiring managers: discussion of the applications for candidate search; consultations and expert assessment regarding an open vacancy
• Proactively search for potential candidates, even in the absence of open vacancies, to expand our talent pool across markets as Europe, Latin America and others markets.
