Senior Business Development Representative
What you will do
- Manage the full cycle of lead generation, with a focus on inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting;
- Engage directly with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present solutions;
- Showcase expertise in product-based sales, developing a deep understanding of our offerings and positioning them effectively;
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through continuous outreach and relationship-building activities;
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies;
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, lead status, and results.
We are looking for
- Proven experience in product sales, ideally with a background in inbound and outbound lead generation;
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to engage effectively with an international client base;
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to conduct product demos, handle objections, and navigate conversations to close;
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and handle high-stakes client interactions;
- Comfort with CRM systems, and sales tools, and maintaining up-to-date records on lead interactions.
Will be a plus
- Previous experience in selling Salesforce products or working in a Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
