We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Software Engineer to join our team.

Committed to sustainability, they actively assist customers and partners in achieving net zero emissions and promoting a fair energy transition, positioning them as a key player in the future of energy.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end of our application. You'll work closely with other developers to ensure seamless integration with the application's front-end components.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain the back-end of our application using Node.js and Type Script
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to ensure cohesive and efficient development
• Implement and maintain AWS services
• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest or similar frameworks to ensure code quality
• Work with databases and contribute to the overall architecture of the application

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of extensive experience in back-end development with Node.js
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Type Script
• Proven expertise with AWS services, including API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, VPC
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit tests using Jest or other testing frameworks
• Solid understanding of both SQL and No SQL databases, with the ability to optimize performance and design efficient data models
