- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with PO on a product roadmap creating and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prioritize features and tasks based on business priorities and user needs.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and updates.
- Monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product differentiation in the IT space.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling product messaging and materials, and conduct demo of the product in sales calls.
- Prepare and conduct product demos for customers and stakeholders, showcasing our IT solutions and their benefits effectively.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management with IT background.
- Proven track record of successful sales interactions, including experience in product selling and customer engagement.
- Understanding of Talent Management processes.
- English level: advanced or higher.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office suite is a must.
- Ability to set definite goals and focus on the results.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engage diverse audiences.
- Organizational Skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends, making informed decisions based on insights. Using analytics tools to track product usage, analyze user behavior, and derive actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing to evaluate feature effectiveness.
- Master in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar qualification.
