Areas of Responsibility

• Participation in the implementation and maintenance of full-cycle SAP S/4HANA projects for clients.
• Survey and analysis of customers' controlling and financial processes to define business requirements.
• Conceptual design and development of Blueprints for controlling solutions within SAP CO.
• Configuration and customization of the SAP CO module according to client needs, including cost elements, cost centers, internal orders, and profitability analysis (COPA).
• Preparation of functional specifications for ABAP developers for custom developments and enhancements.
• Testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Support of key users and facilitation of communication with client teams during project phases.
• Providing end-user training and creating user manuals/documentation.
• Supporting clients during the Go-Live stage and offering post-go-live assistance.
• Collaboration with the project team across other functional areas/modules (FI, MM, SD).
• Monitoring SAP Notes and applying necessary updates based on changes in legislation or business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technologies, or a related field; additional SAP certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, with hands-on involvement in the SAP CO module.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience working with SAP CO and involvement in major SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CO standard functionality, including cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis.
• Practical experience working with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Ability to write functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams (ABAP developers).
• Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes in various industries.
• Knowledge of project management principles and experience working on projects for multiple clients.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting, managing tasks and client expectations efficiently.
• Strong command of business English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken).
