Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities:
Design Excellence
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate product flows and design concepts.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to accessibility standards and usability best practices.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure that design solutions align with broader product goals and user needs.
User Research & Testing
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gain deep insights into user behaviors and preferences.
- Translate complex research findings into actionable design solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
- Leverage user analytics and performance data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Present design ideas clearly and compellingly to stakeholders, providing solid justifications for design choices.
- Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage collaboration and alignment on project goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered approach and high-quality design outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like In Vision or Axure.
- Skilled in user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and UX best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design choices effectively.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and empathetic, with a strong focus on user needs.
