Culmen International is seeking a Software Developer (Backend) to work in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The United Nations (UN) International Organization for Migration (IOM) has a need for the development of software dedicated to the deduplication and verification of data within the Unified Information and Analytical System for Migration Processes (UIAS MMP) Management of the State Migration Service of Ukraine (SMS) to address the critical need for accurate and streamlined migration data. By developing advanced software for deduplication and verification, the IOM aims to enhance the quality and reliability of the migration data managed by the SMS, ensuring that it is both accurate and up-to-date.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role:Develop and maintain backend services to support Neurotech-based deduplication and data verification modules. Integrate API connections, manage data flow, and establish security protocols to protect against unauthorized access. Ensure system scalability and resilience to handle high-volume migration data. Coordinate with the database administrator on data storage requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years expereince in backend software development, with hands-on experience in Neurotech templates for data processing and verification systems

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), AWS Certified Developer – Associate, or equivalent. Experience with APIs, REST, and cloud-based data solutions
