About the Role:

Culmen International is seeking a Database Administrator to work in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The United Nations (UN) International Organization for Migration (IOM) has a need for the development of software dedicated to the deduplication and verification of data within the Unified Information and Analytical System for Migration Processes (UIAS MMP) Management of the State Migration Service of Ukraine (SMS) to address the critical need for accurate and streamlined migration data. By developing advanced software for deduplication and verification, the IOM aims to enhance the quality and reliability of the migration data managed by the SMS, ensuring that it is both accurate and up-to-date.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role:

Design, configure, and maintain Neurotech-based database solutions, specifically tailored for high-volume migration data systems. Implement and monitor data security protocols to safeguard sensitive data. Optimize database performance and develop a disaster recovery plan to ensure continuous access and integrity of migration data. Collaborate with development teams on integration with other modules

Required Qualifications:

7+ years in database administration, with experience in Neurotech templates for large-scale data deduplication and verification systems
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Certifications : Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft SQL Server Certification, Comp TIA Security+. Knowledge of Neurotech platform, SQL, No SQL, and data security tools.
