Supply Chain Officer (only for national)

- Commitment to serving members and their donors, and to helping build a culture of member service throughout organisation .
- Facilitate processing of purchase requests, purchase orders, bid analysis, other procurement related documents (both hard copies and e-copies) to comply with documentation requirements for SCI and donor compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of all supply chain & procurement activities, supplier database and procurement tracker
- Prepare purchase orders based on best quality and best cost of supplier.
- Assist with the sourcing and establishing of FWA’s, sourcing pipelines.
- Implement all procurement transactions and activities according to SC rules and regulations
- Ensure that SCI’s supply chain standards and systems are fully addressed and procedures are adhered as well as documentation, filling and reporting mechanisms for the main functions are to the standard and fully implemented in the offices
- Liaise with relevant officials and transport companies when needed to transport goods;
- Ensure all warehousing in the area of responsibility is managed according to SCI’s Stock Management and Warehousing Policy, Warehousing and Stock Management Manual, and relevant donor rules and regulations.
- Maintain warehouse operations through TIM. Provide regular stock reporting, ensure SRF hard copies are properly filled out and stored. Facilitate inventory count.
- Compile and share regular reports on stock counts within the warehouse and stock movements with stakeholders.
- Complete periodic reviews and audit of the warehouse and inventory.
- Ensuring that Save the Children asset management procedures are adhered to at AO level
- Maintain an accurate Master Asset Register that includes all Assets.
- Support/guide Field Asset Focal Points/Supply Chain Coordinator to maintain the Field Asset Register in their bases.
- Provide asset reports as required for quarterly and annual verification checks and as required for close out meetings.
- Hard and Soft Copy filing of Assets kept complete and in order according to Assets Guidelines
- Conclude Assets tagging for assets

- University Degree in a related field.
- Diplomacy, tact and negotiating skills.
- Team-working skills.
- Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
- Attention to detail and excellent numeracy.
- Good experience in Warehousing, vehicle management, assets and administration.
- Good written and spoken English and Ukrainian as required.
- Ability to keep clear and concise records.
- Commitment to SCI child safeguarding policies, equal opportunity and gender policies.
- Commitment to humanitarian principles and with the aims and objectives of SCI Ukraine
- Previous work experience, ideally with non-governmental organizations would be an advantage.
- Experience in Logistics Management.
- Logistics training or qualification an added advantage.
- Experience of supervision of staffs and good team work (integration)
