Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks within the curtain manufacturing and retail industry. This role includes coordinating with suppliers, assisting with customer inquiries, managing office operations, and providing general support to ensure efficient business operations.

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks within the curtain manufacturing and retail industry. This role includes coordinating with suppliers, assisting with customer inquiries, managing office operations, and providing general support to ensure efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations including filing, data entry, and managing communication systems (phone, email, etc.).
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to curtain products, services, and order statuses.
- Order Processing: Assist in processing orders from customers, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking shipments, and coordinating with the warehouse and suppliers.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with fabric and materials suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and manage vendor relationships.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Organize meetings, appointments, and site visits for installation or product demonstrations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and correspondence. Prepare weekly reports on sales, stock levels, and office performance.
- Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, and tracking payments.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the curtain or textile industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of curtain fabrics, styles, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP systems or order management software.
- Previous experience working in a curtain retail or manufacturing environment.
