Role Description
Kit & Kaboodle is looking for a full-time on-site Document Controller located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing and controlling project documents, ensuring their accuracy, quality, integrity, and security. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining records management systems, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the project team in the delivery of project documents.
Qualifications
Document Management, Documentation, and Records Management skills
Experience in project documentation, record keeping, and communication
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other document management tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field.
