• Overall responsibility of executing E-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets of E-commerce sales done through distributors in Middle East region
• Lead relationships with regional E-commerce customers and drive growth and penetration strategies with them across Middle East region
• Execution of product listing, A Class content management, online marketing initiatives, customer relationship management and marketing development fund/budget management
• Analyze POS data, traffic and sales metrics, ensure rich content that aligns with brand strategy
• Work cross functionally with regional trade marketing, distributor trade marketing, regional sales and ecommerce customers to facilitate growth and alignment

• University degree from an accredited institution
• Strong e-commerce sales background and management of relationship with key e-commerce customers in Middle East region is must
• 5 years of experience in FMCG e-commerce sales in Middle East region
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and high ethical standards
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-starters comfortable with ambiguity and changing external environments

• Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus
• Emirati nationality is preferred
