We are a leading delivery service company in Dubai, committed to providing efficient and high-quality service to our customers. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented and dedicated HR Specialist to join our team.
Position Summary:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws. This role is vital to fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company's operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts professionally.
Administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR activities.
Lead employee training and development initiatives to improve skills and productivity.
Assist in promoting a positive work culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the logistics or delivery service industry.
Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
