Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Site coordination, survey, preparation & prestart requirements.
Planning & controlling of site logistics & work execution.
Site safety and quality requirements.
Team handling.
Project cost control.
PR for Tools, Material and manpower.
On-time handing over of projects as per technical, contractual agreement and program.

Basic Qualifications

Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Candidate should be comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 5-year Elevator industry experience.
