Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our school. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing recruitment systems, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with departmental managers.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our school. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing recruitment systems, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
- Manage the ADEK PASS system for recruitment and approval processes.
- Facilitate new employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate offboarding procedures for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing related paperwork.
- Manage HR and staff systems within HR Chronicle software and Oracle system.
- Ensure data integrity, system functionality, and provide user support for recruitment-related systems.
- Develop and enforce recruitment policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to School Department of Administration (DOA) policies and federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review and update recruitment policies and practices.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and employees regarding recruitment and onboarding queries.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.
- Handle recruitment efforts for managerial and professional roles, ensuring effective candidate sourcing and selection.
- Qualifications
- The jobholder should hold a bachelor’s degree in bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in this field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in an educational
- Minimum two years’ experience of working in the United Arab Emirates or GCC is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., HR Chronicle) and enterprise systems like Oracle.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
