Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Sales Advisor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Sales Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identify and acquire new clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales transactions, offering training on real estate products, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Prospecting and securing new clients, manage client requests, and understand their real estate needs.
• Stay up-to-date on real estate industry trends, developer updates, and the latest features and specifications relevant to the UAE market.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure ongoing assistance as needed.
• Address client concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to align efforts and achieve shared results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Sales and training skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
