Job description:
House Finder is looking for a Sales Director - Real Estate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Director will report to the Managing Director, and will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and strategies. A successful candidate will bring a team of 10-15 agents.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Identify new business opportunities and target markets, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including property investors, agents, and brokers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for growth and development.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, attending conferences and networking events as required.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in managing a team of real estate sales professionals
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
