Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, specializing in selling meal plans over the phone. This role focuses on outbound calls, with no face-to-face meetings required. You will engage with potential customers, introduce our meal plans, and close sales—all through phone communication.
Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls:
• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers to present and sell our meal plans.
• Understand customer preferences and dietary requirements to recommend the best meal plan options.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up:
• Research potential markets and identify new sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts and inquiries to convert them into customers.
• Sales Targets:
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Negotiation & Closing:
• Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and close deals effectively via phone.
• Clearly explain meal plan options and pricing to ensure customers make informed decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
• Use CRM systems to track interactions, monitor sales progress, and ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telesales or outbound calling, preferably in the food, health, or service industry.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
