Job Summary:
The Sales Support Coordinator in the LED lighting industry for the UAE is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the efficient execution of sales processes, and maintaining excellent communication. This role involves coordination, documentation management, and proactive assistance to optimize the effectiveness of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer orders, preparing sales reports, and maintaining sales databases.
• Encoding and expediting sales invoice Tally & ERP Systems.
• Updating statement of accounts of each customer in a timely manner
• Have a thorough understanding of the company's products to validate invoice.
• Coordinate with other departments within the company, such as accounts, logistics, and marketing to ensure that requirment are fulfilled and delivered on time.
• Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of sales-related documents.
• Preparing Stocklist, checking stocks with daily entries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales support or coordination roles, preferably in the lighting industry.
• Experience with ERP, Tally software and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Proven administrative flexibility and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

The Sales Support Coordinator for the UAE will work in an office setting, collaborating closely with the sales team and various internal departments.
