Job Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble, and dismantle temporary formworks (shutters) for concrete structures.
• Accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Prepare and install molds for beams, columns, walls, and other concrete structures.
• Ensure all formworks are correctly aligned, secured, and meet required measurements.
• Work closely with steel fixers and other construction teams.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter, preferably on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications.
• Skilled in using carpentry tools such as saws, hammers, and measuring devices.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in demanding environments.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in construction sites.
• Valid work authorization for the UAE (preferred but not mandatory if sponsorship is available).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the UAE or GCC countries.
• Knowledge of various shuttering materials, including plywood and steel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under tight deadlines.
