Supply - Learning Assistants
Kings’ School Al Barsha is looking for flexible and committed Primary and Early Years Learning Assistants to work on a supply basis (ad hoc).


Role Overview
As a supply Learning Assistant, you’ll support classroom activities, helping children with their learning, communication and social skills. You will assist teachers in creating a fun and engaging environment that helps pupils make progress.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
• Help children with their learning, both individually and in groups.
• Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere in the classroom.
• Adapt to different classrooms as needed.

Person Specification:

• Passion for working with children.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to different age groups and needs.

Requirements

• Hold a High School Certificate or Bachelor Degree
• Must have experience of working in Nursery or Foundation Stage or Primary, or with children of this age
• Ability to support the delivery of an adapted curriculum to meet the needs of the children
• Ability to deliver creative learning activities
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
