Job Description
What will be your mission?
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team focused on Kavak customer journey. Main missions include:
Supply: you'll lead our purchases commercial team, ensuring the efficient and effective management of it and creating opportunities with a positive impact for customers and the business. What will you do?

Build the right team, hire and develop the best people to accomplish our purchase targets. Manage individual and group performance

Ensure the execution of the commercial strategy that guarantees the accomplishment of our daily/weekly/monthly objectives

Work closely with other leaders and areas in the team to coordinate an effective strategy

Experience: you’ll be responsible for delivering world-class customer experience across the whole journey for buyers and sellers. This includes leading several squads as NPS/CX, QA and Ancillaries

NPS/CX: ensure we measure experience and we take the actions to constantly improve our value proposition

QA: guarantee best practices and raise the bar for each squad in the customer journey team
- Ancillaries: build an ecosystem for our customers that will lead to increased profitability through a wide portfolio of products and services
Requirements
What are we looking for?

3+ years of proven experience leading commercial teams

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields

Customer centric mindset: demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction as a top priority

Analytical and strategic skills: capability of analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to drive business growth and optimize processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage with stakeholders, build relationships, and collaborate across teams for successful outcomes
