Aluline the market leader for over 30 years in stainless steel drainage and greasetrap systems, looking to grow out team of sales/customer service personel in Dubai.

• We are looking for a passionate Telesales Executives.
• Language: Fluent English and Portugese preferred
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through given prospects
• Present product/service information persuasively to potential customers.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

Required Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Mandatory languages : English,
