Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Travel Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in ticketing, hotel and flight booking, visa processing and customer management. They should be adept at handling both B2B and B2C sales and possess a thorough understanding of IATA regulations. The role also involves generating daily reports and contributing to a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle flight bookings and reservations using GDS systems and IATA regulations.
2. Manage hotel bookings and travel itineraries.
3. Engage with both B2B and B2C customers to sell travel services and packages.
4. Assist in ticketing operations, including changes and cancellations.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to travel-related inquiries.
6. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, airlines and partners.
7. Create and submit daily sales and booking reports.
8. Stay updated with travel regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in ticketing, travel booking, visa processing and customer service.
2. Strong knowledge of IATA and GDS systems.
3. Experience in both B2B and B2C travel sales.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Immediate availability is a must.
Salary & Benefits:
1. AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month, depending on experience and past performance.
