Account Manager (Chinese speaking)

The Team and Role

Our Growth team works closely with our Developers, and with Flexion’s internal teams to build Go To Market plans to launch new mobile games into the alternative android app stores, and deliver ongoing growth marketing plans for our portfolio of 30+ hit games. Our Growth team is at the heart of Flexion’s growth strategy, and we are looking for a dynamic Game Manager to deliver engaging growth campaigns for our Action/Strategy games.


Our Game Management Team (Mobile Games)


Build and deliver GTM plans to launch new games - working closely with our developers to understand the product, target audience and monetisation; and working with Flexion’s internal teams and app store partners to execute successful launch plans. Develop ‘always-on’ marketing programs that deliver user and revenue growth.. Work closely with our Top Developers, and Flexion’s UA & App store teams to build and execute growth plans across paid and organic channels.


About the Role:


Onboarding (first 3 months)


  • Get to know the Flexion team, our games, developers, stores and growth strategies
  • How we work with our developers, marketing, product, UA and app store teams to build and execute growth plans
-Deep dive on the games you will manage - understand the game and economy design, player community and purchase behaviour
  • Onboarding, training and mentorship to get up to speed and start to develop autonomous working

Main Tasks


  • Understand of complexed stores' promotion/campaigns & cooperate with the developer to drive growth
  • Get involved in onboarding new games and contributing to GTM plans
  • Nurture of 3rd party stores' ASO to your developers and report performance accurately with your developers and report performance and results
  • Develop strong working relationships with Flexion teams
  • Proactively drive user and revenue growth, to achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Work closely on growth projects with the Senior Game Manager

Essential Skills


  • Fast learner that thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of mobile game monetisation
  • Proven ability to work with data, drawing insights, formulating growth plans and measuring performance
  • Highly motivated and able to work autonomously to deliver results
  • 3+ years sales experience in the games industry
  • Chinese Language Skills, both written and verbal


No essential but it is good to have: Chinese Market Knowledge
