We work Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, offering 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Company Events and a commitment to Training and Development opportunities. We can offer this position as a hybrid role. You need to be able to travel to other office locations as part of this role.
The role of an Account Manager (Direct Relationships) is to maintain and develop the relationships Taylor Rose have with our referring partners and identify areas for potential growth within the account. The Account Manager is also responsible for addressing clients concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise within the account alongside increasing the revenue into the business.
This role involves but is not limited to:
  • To work closely with the New Business Advisors and New Business Managers to ensure effective delivery of the Key Accounts SLAs and ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Working closely with New Business Team Leads for each team within New Business
  • Efficiently deal with all Key Account complaints that arise with both the clients and the key accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Effectively liaise between Key accounts and Fee Earners to ensure maximum productivity on the account and increase pipeline turnover.
  • Identify areas of growth within the Key accounts and work together with NBAs/NBMs and accounts to maximise the opportunities.
  • Continue to build and develop the relationships with the Key Accounts by delivering training and guidance where needed.
  • Regularly conduct research/analysis to identify current successes and areas of improvement within the Key Accounts and develop a strategy to increase leads into the business.
  • Create and deliver weekly/monthly reports to the Key Accounts showing leads, instructions, and opportunities available.
  • Responsible for expanding and developing knowledge on each Key Account, focusing on the brand of Taylor Rose MW, structures within the key account, and SLA delivery.
  • Work closely with fee earners to ensure strong relationships with our accounts including attendance to regular key account meetings with external stake holders and fee earners.
  • Remain commercially minded and ensure consistent billings across the account as well as forecasting and maximising revenue.
  • Meeting with Key Accounts on a regular basis to remain a focus and be available for any assistance where needed. (Car Allowance will be allocated to this role)
  • Quarterly targets will be set within the business year in order for commission to be payable against if targets are achieved.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an Account Manager/Customer Relationship Manager role.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • A problem solver.
  • Ability to manage and develop panel relationships at all levels
  • Strong conveyancing/property knowledge and ability to allocate work correctly
  • Ability to work to and exceed targets
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education:
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
