What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Advanced Care Assistant, you’ll be making a real difference in our clients' lives by:

• Encouraging and supporting clients to make the most out of their day
• Helping with personal care, such as washing and dressing
• Administering medication and management
• Pressure care
• Catheter care
• Repositioning
• Assisting with meals and housekeeping
• Providing companionship and promoting independence
• Supporting clients on outings or appointments

What We Need from You:

• Previous experience in supporting vulnerable adults including those with dementia and Alzheimer's is essential
• Full UK or EU driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
• Living in the UK (we cannot accept overseas applications at this time)
