Agreement Coordinator (Rent Events)

The Agreement Coordinator is an excellent role for a conscientious and careful administrator, used to working within a compliance-led environment or legal setting. As Agreement Coordinator, you’ll manage the key administrative workflows of Market Rent Only (MRO) and cyclical rent reviews together with all permanent or material variations to agreement terms for our Pub Partners estate and lease assignments, ensuring compliance to the Pubs Code regulations at all times. The Agreement Co-ordinator will also manage the administration of a range of leases across our Pub estate, within compliance requirements. We’re happy to train you on the complexities of the business and Pubs Code.
As Agreement Coordinator you’ll work with a wide range of internal stakeholders and customers, as well as external Solicitors and the Office of the Pubs Code Adjudicator.
You’d be a great fit for this role if you have outstanding administrative skills, consider yourself to be highly organised and can build relationships with key stakeholders. We will help and support you in learning the terminology and whilst a Legal background would be beneficial it is not essential.
Key tasks for the Agreements Coordinator are:
- Administration of the MRO process and Rent Review processes
- Administration of the assignment process for all leases
- Administration of the new let process for free-of-tie leases.
- Administration of the MSA and intercompany leases.
- Administration of all variations to existing agreements including deed of variations, lease assignments and side letters
- Record information on internal systems, check approval levels and adherence to company policy and the Pubs Code, obtain and process required documents and information, instruct and liaise with solicitors, Regional Managers, Valuation Managers, and publicans to progress through to completion.
- Ensure agreements are completed with accurate legal documentation and ingoing funds collected and processed.
- Administration of correspondence received in the Pubs Code mailbox,
- Maintain customer details, rent schedules and agreement information on the company database accurately and within agreed timescales.

The Solihull Pub Support Team offices are light and airy offices in Shirley, Solihull, where you will be greeted by our Welcome Team. We have free onsite secure parking with EV charging and cycle storage, a subsidised canteen serving breakfast and lunch, as well as an onsite pub used for social events. The offices are fully accessible.
