Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating day to day ground operations and follow-up of quality delivery failures on behalf of the Ramp Service's Manager .
Pro-activate management in shift planning and adapting to the needs of our customers schedules is vital in this role.
Cost sensitive approach to resource planning handling is key to success, identifying lean process and out of the box ideas will set us apart.
Represent the RSM at various meetings key stakeholder, airport third party meetings or as requested
To ensure service level agreements are met to ensure the highest level of service is offered to our customer.
Implement standard SOP and operating standards to help showcase Fenix as a new growing ground handling company that can be recognized by its standard of work and delivery.
Create a great place to work through recognition and communicating with the team by role modelling the company’s Ethos of employee value.
Deliver consistently high department standards through robust routines and processes, delivering operational excellence and responsible for the safety and welfare of the BOH employees.
Identifying any inefficiencies identified at stations that’s driving unnecessary costs or impacting on quality delivery.
Responsible for the performance management and development of the Ramp and dispatch Services Agents.
Build and develop stakeholders’ relationship across the Airport.
Represent the RSM at various meetings or as requested.
Develop new process and ways of thinking to make Fenix “stand out” in terms of quality delivery.
Complete shift handover and report, record and incidents accidents deviations from the company standards into the companies reporting system before the end of shift

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
