Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service with a smile.
• Check in & boarding activities.
• Ensure service level agreements are met to ensure the highest level of service is offered to our customer airlines and their passengers.
• Resolving passenger queries and complaints.
• Implement standard operating procedures to help showcase Red Handling as a growing ground handling company that can be recognised by its standard of work and delivery.

• Previous PSA expierence required.

Person Specification

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Able to work to deadlines to ensure on-time departures of our customer airlines' flights.
• Able to work a variety of shift patterns as the operation requires 24 hour coverage 365 days of the year.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• A good communicator, both written and verbal.
• Good problem solving skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.47-£14.83 per hour
