Smart Lab is seeking enthusiastic appointment setters to assist with locking in meetings with prospective clients. This is a remote working opportunity for an outbound calling role. Prior experience with outbound sales, cold-calling, warm-calling and call centres is desired.
Hours
Choose your own hours between relevant calling times during Monday-Friday. The hours on offer per week are between 8 and 30 hours.
Strike Rate
We will provide you with an 8-hour warm up period to settle into the role. After the first 8 hours, it is expected you will achieve a meeting every 2 hours. Our current strike rate is one meeting every 1.5 hours, with some team members achieving one meeting every 45 minutes, so it is entirely possible to achieve one meeting every 2. We will also workshop with you if you are having trouble locking in your first meeting to help improve your strategy.
Pay
The hourly rate is £14 and you will also be paid an additional £7 for every meeting you lock in that turns up to their scheduled meeting. Each week you will complete your timesheet for your hours called and meetings generated. Pay is then processed each Monday.
Job requirements

• Willing to work a minimum of 8-hours
• Own phone plan with unlimited calling to UK landlines
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
• Prior experience in call centres or similar freelance outbound calling roles
