Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible to align with client site operations)
Location: Northwest Region (on the road)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year with overtime (plus bonuses available)

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any issues
• Manage Supervisors, Cleaning Operatives, Mobile Operatives, and Cleaning Staff
• Oversee staffing needs including holidays, training, recruitment, safeguarding, health & safety, and staff retention
• Conduct monthly service standard audits at client sites
• Manage mobile support staff to cover shifts and provide hands-on support when necessary
• Develop new business within existing contracts and manage service implementation/completion
• Use smart devices (phones, tablets) for electronic auditing and employee timekeeping management
• Be available for weekend on-call duties on a rotational basis

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Area Manager (or an Area Supervisor looking to take the next step)
• At least 1 year of cleaning experience (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (essential) – company vehicle provided
• Enhanced DBS (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to travel (up to 90% travel)
