A fantastic opportunity for the role of a Team Leader has arisen within our Domiciliary Care Company working within the Rotherham area.

Here at Care Relief Team, we specialise in personal care for older people living in their own homes.
Working hours required Monday to Friday 08.30 – 16.30
You should have good domiciliary care experience, preferably in a senior, supervisory or leadership role, although this is not essential. We will welcome applications from experienced care and support staff who want to take the next step.
Ideally you should have a level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or a level 2 and a willingness to work towards level 3) and it is essential to be a driver for this position.

Role Overview
As the **Area Supervisor**, you will be responsible for overseeing care teams across multiple locations within the Rotherham area. You will ensure that our services meet regulatory requirements, maintain high standards of care, and promote our core values in everyday practice. You will act as a key point of contact for both staff and service users, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise care staff, ensuring they deliver compassionate, high-quality care that reflects CRT’s values.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure all services are delivered in line with CQC regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
Service User Care: Build strong relationships with service users and their families, ensuring their care plans are effective and personalised.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review the performance of care teams and identify areas for improvement, driving service excellence.
Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage scheduling, and report on team performance to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:

Full driving license and willingness to travel across the Rotherham area.
A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
