Role Overview
We’re seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our team, covering a territory that includes Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Warwick, Nuneaton, and nearby areas. Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you’ll be based at our Daventry branch and will represent leading brands such as Kubota, Baroness, Redexim, Trimax, and Roberine to groundcare customers.
Your mission will be to manage the full sales process—handling customer inquiries, product demonstrations, quotations, and ensuring successful delivery—all while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, representing our brand portfolio with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge for all key brands and conduct product demonstrations that address customer needs.
- Accurately quote and recommend machinery solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Ensure timely, compliant product delivery in alignment with company and manufacturer standards.
- Keep accurate, GDPR-compliant records on customer interactions and sales processes.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team, parts department, and service team to deliver a seamless, top-tier customer experience.
- Sales-Driven: Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Groundcare Industry Knowledge: Experience in groundcare or related industries preferred.
- Proven Sales Success: Previous sales experience with a record of achieving targets is desirable.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent skills in customer relationship management, with integrity and transparency.
- Essential Requirement: Full UK driver’s license.
- Competitive OTE of £40k, with additional commission opportunities.
