Market Taverns are taking over the running of the Crown & Anchor very soon and we are looking to grow the team! If you have hospitality experience and wish to join us on this journey – then please do apply.
The Crown & Anchor is a stunning pub loved by locals, that offers a cosy, relaxed vibe offering a classic British pub menu.
With a very popular Sunday roast and a great snack menu that pairs well with extensive drinks range, we will have something for everyone. Freshly made dishes that incorporates seasonal fare will be served including tantalising vegan & vegetarian options.
We will be serving premium draught lagers & cider to craft beers, offering a small yet mighty sophisticated wine list and of course some of the most loved cocktails to have ever existed.

The role & requirements
We are looking for experienced pub Assistant Manager who have a genuine passion for people & service.
· Excellent Communication skills
· Genuine love for hospitality and chatting with the customers! It’s a very personable pub!
· A desire to learn and grown
· A desire to be an all-rounder and really get stuck in
· Confident with people and a true leader who supports team development and growth
