Shifts:

• 40-45hrs a week made up of 8 shifts
• Food served: Mon - Sat: 12pm-3pm & 6pm-9pm / Sun: 12pm-7pm
• Day shift: 11.30am - 4pm
• Evening shift: 5.30pm - Close 10.30-11pm ish (so no late lockups)

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maitres d' / Hosting. Manage reservations, greet guests upon arrival, & guide them to their assigned tables.
• Ensuring food & beverages are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Responsible for managing daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety standards.
• Training our waiting staff to a high standard & maintain these standards.
• Oversee food preparation & ensure high-quality dishes are served.
• Help organise special events & create social media content.
• Develop & implement strategies to meet revenue goals.

Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities to motivate & guide staff effectively.
• Hospitality background with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Bartending experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency of culinary practices, food preparation & kitchen operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
