Create AV Ltd is a small Audio Visual solutions provider based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. We work predominately in the Exhibitions sector supplying AV solutions to stands/clients in and around the UK.
We are looking for a well-motivated and energetic candidate to join our small but expanding team as an Audio Visual Driver/Rigger.
The job role would include the following:

• Driving company vehicles such as transit/long wheel based vans.
• Delivering/installing/collecting AV equipment to/from venues
• Collecting and Returning items to and from our suppliers
• Warehouse duties such as preparing equipment for upcoming jobs, good house-

keeping and loading/unloading of vehicles.

• Assisting with events on-site and dealing face to face with clients.

Due to the nature of our industry and general exhibition scheduling. The correct candidate must be able to work out of hours during the working week, which can be early mornings or late evenings depending on each particular job.
Regular weekend availability is also required in busy periods, which maybe at short notice sometimes.
Skills you will need:

• An interest or basic knowledge of Audio Visual equipment is advantageous
• Comfortable driving large vans such as Transit and Long Wheel Based vehicles. Especially in high populated urban areas such as London.
• Good manual skills to install AV equipment such as large monitors to temporary exhibition structures
• Excellent time keeping
• To be thorough and pay attention to detail
• The ability work well under pressure
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• To be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device

This role offers an initial salary of 20k - 23k depending on experience. Overtime is paid on top of the basic salary for out of hours work and weekends. A full driver’s license is required for this role and the successful applicant would be working from our head office in Cheshunt, EN8 9SH
