We are based in Holloway where we bake everything for our three shops in North London, the company has been established since 2016. As we grow, we are looking for additional full time team members.
We leaven all our bread and pastries with sourdough and focus on quality, flavour and on developing an efficient and practical approach to systems and process. No night shifts required.
Usual working days are four days a week (occasionally 5) with consecutive days off. Weekend shifts are necessary on rotation with the rest of the team so you will need to work weekends but not every weekend.
Shifts start at 5am, 6am or 7am so please make sure you can travel to Holloway N7 8HX for those times before applying.

Pastry experience is a bonus but this is a role for an experienced bread baker.
